Quick and easy tabboleh salad with quinoa is the best option for someone who wants to lose weight and still set enough protein. It is vegan, light and fresh. You just need to cook quinoa, chop tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and parsley finely and pour some lemon juice and olive oil on top of at all. Add salt and black pepper if preferable. Yay!
